Refund Policy

At Marriage Champs, we are committed to providing high-quality education, coaching, and relationship growth resources. Because our programs include immediate access to proprietary content and limited coaching availability, we maintain the following refund guidelines.
Digital Products (Workbooks, Downloads, Assessments, Trainings)
All digital purchases are non-refundable.
Due to instant access to intellectual property, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue, contact us at [email protected] and we will gladly help you access your purchase.
Group Programs & Courses
Because enrollment reserves a limited seat, purchases are final unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
If a guarantee is offered for a specific program, the terms of that guarantee will be listed on that program’s page and will override this general policy.
Private Coaching / Strategy Sessions
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Missed sessions or late cancellations are forfeited and cannot be refunded.
Once a coaching package has begun (first session completed), it becomes non-refundable.
Memberships & Subscriptions
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.
You will retain access through the end of your billing period.
Payment Plans
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Payment plans are not a subscription — they are a financing option. Stopping participation does not cancel remaining payments.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge — we are happy to help.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate removal from programs and revocation of access to materials.
Our Commitment
We genuinely want couples to succeed. If you are struggling inside a program, please reach out — support is often better than a refund.
